Can it be that over 100 people have viewed this and none of them commented? Really?
Mike has probably spent even more of his life just recently organising chess events for the benefits of countless hundreds - including yet more dealing with hotels and setting up a new elo rated weekend event for individuals which should interest those who miss the currently defunct e2e4 events. Incidentally, as things stand, you can almost guarantee yourself a game against a GM if you enter the open, if that is of interest...
Well, I guess you all knew this, but all the more reason to say "Merry Christmas to you too, Mike" - and I hope you find some time to rest a bit!
