Qf3 is a neat idea as it just looks positional, thereby not triggering any sense of tactical danger. Based on a marginally obsolete database, it also appears to be a novelty. Black's choices appear to be Nc5 or Nd5 or offering a pawn sacrifice with Bd7.

I expect people have lost pieces that way before, but it's not that common an idea.
