Assuming the clocks are analogue rather than digital, an ordinary watch and clock repairer should be able to do it.

I found someone near Reigate (which doesn't help in Southport) who happily sorted out problems, which were frequently the stop/start mechanism going wrong, a bit of rubber perishing e.g.
