Thanks lots for that. The book by Stean sounds particularly good, based on the reviews I've seen (including one from Daniel!).

Coincidentally, one of my games at the club this evening involved this structure. It provides a good example of why black doesn't want his c8 bishop swapped off:

Ng5 is common in that variation - but only after black has played ...f5, thus allowing the knight to hop in to e6 when it's kicked by a pawn.
