DGT 2010 timer: gong facility?

Post by John Upham » Mon Apr 14, 2014 4:56 pm

DGT tell me that their 2010 model has a gong facility that they believe is loud enough for classroom (loud primary school children) use.

If you have a DGT 2010 would be kind enough to try the gong at say 10 second intervals and see if it would be good enough for lightning chess use.

Thanks for your help!

Having obtained a DGT 2010 I can confirm that the gong is loud enough even for a primary school chess club! :D
