Has anyone got any solid English language info on Ivanchuk's variant?

I tried a Google search for "kiss the queen chess".

Google searches can be specific to what you have previously looked at, but mine came up with a long article on the chessbase site from 2009

It's a chess variant where the queen cannot be taken and you can win by delivering mate to the Queen as well as the King.
