How to advertise for a chess club?
What do you think of advertising on social networks like Telegram and Whats app?

Yes, that's fine. Graham Mill-Wilson used to do it all the time in Bristol. (Just be wary of any conflict of interest issues that might arise.)

My club is at a floor in an apartment. How should I publicize/advertise for it? (I don't know the difference between advertizing ande publicizing)

In the West you usually have to pay to advertise but publicity usually comes free.

If you don't know how to advertise something in Iran, why do you think we would?

This is pretty much the least relevant question you could be asking.

Because it really does not matter. The size of a table is relevant, the sturdiness of a table is relevant. Nobody will care about the colour of a table.

I am trying to find the handbook of Mr. Reuben for organizers, but I was unseccessful. Can anyone help me?
The book is currently out of print, but remains available to download from the ECF website: http://www.englishchess.org.uk/wp-conte ... n-word.pdf
