Possibly not unique. A club mate also suggested this or perhaps it was 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 e6 3. g4. Unless you can persuade players of such stuff to enter events where games are preserved for posterity, such novelties will remain uncredited.
The databases do in fact preserve my rather entertaining miniature in this line from 2013. For what it's worth, 6.Rh3 appears to be a novelty.

I'm pretty sure that 1 d4 Nf6 2 g4 is 'book' ;) I believe it has an entry & so a name in the Encylopedia on Unorthodox chess openings.....

It does have a very tiny amount of point in the tempo gain when you play 2.. Nxg4 3 e4.

I imagine it also scores a tiny amount of points.

"Yes, but I prefer a game with a better chance of cheating."

I was once sent a booklet on this! But it wasn't clear what White should do after 2...d6.

Well I suppose 3 h3 and 3 g5 are both viable? Though in a somewhat "I wouldn't start from here" way, admittedly ;)
