An apology to Andrew Farthing

In the cascade of messages that followed Alex's resignation I suggested quite strongly that Andrew Farthing may have been guilty of bullying behaviour over this incident. Having now corresponded with Andrew directly I am now happy that was not the case and I would like to take the opportunity to retract this insinuation and apologise unconditionally.
