Seize the initiative and bash the opponent into submission. Anyone who has achieved a 2000 plus rating or ECF equivalent should understand this.

No, i never was higher than 1907.
I wonder how did White see all these...

I doubt White did see everything. His position is so good that any reasonable move will win. For example,

wins easily without sacrificing anything.

You either have natural chess talent or you don't.

Don't think you'd need much talent to evaluate this 'sacrifice' though?

Ok, so, calculating an absolutely clear cut direct win after it and being sure of it is hard but the positional compensation is so screamingly obvious.

You only drop one pawn equivalent and in exchange you further expose blacks king, remove blacks only truly useful defensive piece, open up the c4 -> g8 diagonal & create a truly massive passed d pawn. Terrific value.

I was considering Bxg7 when I first saw this position.

Apart from the obvious attraction of 24 Rxe7, to which others have referred, I'd look at 24 Bxg7 but conclude "He replies 24...Rhg8 when a follow-up ...Bc6 will lead to counter-threats on g2 which I really don't need."

Surely the follow up to Rhg8 is now Rxe7 and if takes (Kg6 I think may be discarded) Qh4+ with Re1+ or Qf6+ in prospect. I think black is not going to get even as far as a sight on g2.

That was my computer's best move after a few seconds analysis, before it switched to 24.Rxe7. I think it's one of many moves that wins, but perhaps not quite as quickly as 24.Rxe7.
