Michael Adams played for Baden-Baden, David Howell and Stephen Gordon for SG Trier and Gawain Jones for SC Remagen. Mickey, David and Gawain all scored 1.5/3 and Stephen 1.0/2. All eleven games involving English players were draws!

There is also a Major event restricted to players rated below 2000, and the English Seniors for players born before 1 Jan 1952.

Results are up now - Sarunas Sulskis first on his own with 6/7; then Mark Hebden, Nick Pert and David Collier (!) =2nd on 5.5/7.
