Newest (and youngest) English titled player
Congratulations to Joshua Altman (aged who has been awarded the Candidate Master title by FIDE following his medal finish at the European Youth Championships in Prague.

Congratulations to Joshua, his family and Lorin!
That is superb. Also, congratulations to the JD - Phil Ehr and his team for ensuring that the U8s/so many went to Prague. This is why these tournaments are important to juniors - it will boost Joshua and English Junior Chess to have him do so well and all the best to all going to the Worlds in the not so distant future - possibly/hopefully some more titles and medals!
