FIDE Arbiters Seminar - 11-13 Sep. in Preston

The Chess Arbiters Association are organising a FIDE Arbiters Seminar in Preston over the weekend of 11-13 September 2015.

The fee is £230 (£270 after 30 June) for all inclusive accommodation and £90 (£110 after 30 June) just for the course.

For anyone interested in becoming a FIDE Arbiter, passing this course is one of the 4 norms you need.

There's still time, even in Cyprus.

"Arbiters? We know them as we find them" - why not add - and can't find one when we want one.

Though the thought comes to mind - if we didn't have any we'd have to invent them.
