Will he eventually be called Nakamura again? I am going to predict he will beat So. Caruana may win as well.

Can you reveal their reply? If, as I suspect, they said that they cannot investigate without a complaint from an interested party, then I'm not sure that they can say anything else.

I think I already posted it on here, but yes I am not blaming the Ethics Commission, although I do think they ought to be allowed to open an investigation where they see fit

My point is that there are a number of people who could raise a compliant, but they probably won't bother

(Not at what is described as happening, which is bad enough on one level, but at Danailov and Topalov sending a letter like that and at the Russian news site for publishing that letter. Talk about bad blood.)
