No - it is equally bad.

Apropos above-mentioned Facebook page, have to say I would expect that the penalised team should be the first to know rather than have a "Please keep it a secret until we've told them" request!

Pairings are up and 5 of the top six players in the world are in action tonight https://www.chess.com/news/view/pro-che ... rings-1256 and there is of course particular interest in the two London teams:

GM Etienne Bacrot 2692 - 2383 FM Ravi Haria
GM Yannick Gozzoli 2579 - 2635 GM Romain Edouard
Rémy Degraeve 1994 - 2677 GM Sergei Movsesian

Stockholm Snowballs vs London Towers

GM Georg Meier 2654 - 2401 IM Peter Roberson
GM Evgenij Agrest 2592 - 2432 IM Richard Pert
IM Cristobal Henriquez Villagra 2508 - 2452 GM Keith Arkell

The end, sadly, for both London teams albeit Meier-Jones at the end was somewhat comical.

Apparently there was a big lemon dropped in this by Carlsen against Andreikin the other day.

Norway Gnomes (Carlsen's team) are 8-8 against Stokholm Snowballs (Jobava's team) after normal time (15+2) and are about to go into extra time (3+2).

15 year old Daniel Nordquelle (2063) just drew with Jobava after scoring 1.5/2 in the previous round. I'm guessing his rapid (1989) and blitz (1975) ratings will be leaping up.

Its fitting that the Round 4 pairing in the final will be World No 1 v World No 2
