I was about to post the women's pairings - is there any way of doing it without it taking about a thousand years cutting out all the gaps?

Speed it up by first pasting the text into a text editor (e.g. Notepad) and replacing the 'tab' character with a single space.

Yeah I thought of that, but no tab character.

Inside Notepad, I copy and paste the first tab character from the pasted text (from Chess Results) into the find and replace window, and that works ok for me.

Note the colours. Luke now on 2/2 Whites, David on 3/3 Blacks, Gawain on 3/3 Whites and if Nick is reinstated tomorrow he will be playing his third Black. Alas, this was always a hazard when we got the double white at the start, which I should imagine quite displeased us (and we didn't need White on one to be sure of beating Belgium).

Nunn himself once played as many as six Blacks out of six in an England team event (!) but he wasn't too happy about it ...

Then again his amazing performance at the 1984 Olympiad was helped by having nearly all his games as White IIRC?

Interesting match. Keep an eye on board one: nice looking position, SF prefers White but the immdiate plan is not clear and White's clock is running down ...

women's match is up for grabs too. Jovanka stands much worse but I feel optimisic about Louise Head's chances on board four.

Now all four boards seem balanced again (women's match)

(Why am I doing this?!)

Not sure, but it's more informative than the evaluations on chess24live (which have been very volatile in Jovanka's game) so I'm glad you are

I am out shopping this afternoon, and following multiple games on a mobile is horrid anyway, so I second that, it's all good.
