"Superior" may not mean "numerically greater" and in chess it usually doesn't. It tends to mean more effective, more coordinated, more flexible, with more control of key squares. Sun Tzu covers this in more detail in The Art of War, and his discussion could also apply to chess.

more prepared?

What does superior mean here:
If, after developing: all your pieces, you find yourself with a lead in development, you must attack with great verve and try to make use of the superior force at your disposal.
?

Does force refer to physical force or material here?

I would say that it means that because you have a lead in development, you should attack and make use of the fact that your position is slightly superior (better) due to your pieces being better placed for attack than your opponents.

What does 'insight' mean in the following?
"Don't let losses bother you.Figure out why you lost and use that insight in your next game."

Please give me an example of your insight improved

Example:

A player realizes he lost a game because he never developed his kingside pieces and thereby allowed an attack on his uncastled king. In his next game, he deliberately develops his kingside quickly and castles.

So, why didn't the author just say 'experience'?

He could have. However, 'insight' suggests a somewhat deeper, richer understanding than 'experience'.

Internet sources say that IGM is the same as GM.
I wonder why it is written International Grand Master on the book cover?

I believe International Grand Master was the original title? [Perhaps to distinguish from titles given by national federations].

Sorry, it has also written "Grand master" instead of "Grandmaster",why?
Thus it's read "international grand master"

If you take your enemy's men there are more empty squares.

What does it mean if you go into an endgame with extra wood?
