This video on the growth of the precariat (precariat + proletariat) in England seems well worth watching. More or less the same situation exists in France, Italy, Holland, Japan, and the USA.

It's a chess forum with a "Not Chess!" subforum (or board). If you want a new topic started on chess, I can think up one right now if you want...
