Post by Richard James » Mon Apr 01, 2013 10:23 am

The ECF has just published details of changes to the Laws of Chess to be implemented on 1st July 2013.

What do forumites think about this?

I hope to be the first to reply before Roger de Coverly who I hope is decoyed by my chess clock post. Damn Ray Sayers.
Personally I think these are All great ideas and dont think FIDE goes far enough in its novel innovative approach to making chess the all-action, exciting, sexy game that we forumites all know it to be. I look forward to an avalanche of agreement. For once we show ourselves to be of one mind. Steve Giddins would be proud of us.
chessplayers are crazy when it comes to chess
but that's not to say they're not really good blokes
