yes...good luck all...just got time to do a little bit of prep...but an 8 player league is fairly easy....more tricky when its 16 (which I have some experience of !)Alex Holowczak wrote:Excellent.
I look forward to tonight's draft, at 7:30pm.

I have no experience of how the draft will work, but we'll give it a go and apologies in advance if I am slow getting the hang of it.

Re: NFL Fantasy Football
there will be a timer Im guessing...so when its your turn to pick...you need to be quick !
Pick the best running back...a couple of wide receivers...best QB etc...its easy ( not !)
Oh....dont pick any Eagle players (cos they are mine !)

Ive not been part of a draft for 3 years...its interesting to see that there are some names very familiar...and some that Ive never heard of
Ive just looked at the bookie odds...and Eagles apparently have no chance ! still...what do they know eh ?

There's a 90-second clock on each draft pick. With 8 teams and 15 rounds, there are 120 picks. I don't want to be around for 3 hours, so hopefully people beat the 90-second clock and pick more quickly!

Well, I'm into the draft. I appear to have the fifth pick. A Rook and a Hard Place is 1st overall.

Re: NFL Fantasy Football
Well, I'm reasonably happy with my draft. Managed to get Rodgers and Graham, the #1 QB and #1 TE respectively. Also got the #1 K a bit earlier than expected due to the client crashing.
Might not even pick Rodgers in week 1... Rogers at San Francisco, or Dalton at Chicago? Hmm...

It all seemed to work very well for me and I am pretty happy with my team.

Yeah I'm quite happy, might need a TE for the first couple of weeks, I didn't realise Gronk wouldn't be back for the start of the season
