He means calling the Black Bishop "good " and the White Bishop "bad".

To turn out fine (~ good but precise), with some implication that it wasn't really expected to do so.

It can do, but not in this instance. It just refers to saying " bad Bishop "and " good Bishop ".

Yes. After capturing on b6, the Bishop will be able to capture on a5.
