Money

Post by soheil_hooshdaran » Fri Oct 30, 2015 9:03 pm

Hello.
I have a couple of questions:
1-Can anyone in England change IRR to US Dollar?
2-What's the percieved exchange-rate of IRR to British pound, US Dollar, and other currencies from abroad?
3-Can someone deposit money whilein an airport?
4-What is special about a 6-month period time to pay the money?

If I can be sure that you can change IRR there, and know that you can get cheape4r US dollar there, I may be able to send IRR directly to their account

I imagine it is possible to change IRR into GBP in England, but I suspect this will be restricted to the larger banks and some notice may be required. It would be much easier to do this in Iran, I would have thought. Currency Exchangers at an airport for example are unlikely to be able to quote a price (and it wouldn't be a good price in any case).

You should be able to access indicative exchange rates on the internet - for example the rate seems roughly 45,000:1 IRR:GBP at present, but given the specialised nature of the transaction, this is likely to be quite volatile.

I don't recall being able to make a deposit at an airport, so I would say this is unlikely.

I can't answer your last question without context.

The market rate is roughly 5000.

I was asking about '6 months' in the following terms of the contract:
2. In consideration of the rights and privileges accorded to the Publishers under this Agreement
the Publishers agree to make the following payments to the Proprietor:

A fee of one thousand US dollars payable within 30 days of the date of the publisher’s signature in
clause 15 of this contract.

3. Should payment be in arrears by six months after the date first mentioned in Clause 2 hereof,
all rights herein conveyed shall automatically revert to the Proprietors and this license shall
automatically cease and determine so that it shall be of no further force and effect except that such
termination shall be without prejudice to the rights of the Proprietors against the Publishers
hereunder.

4. The Publishers agree to publish the said translation within 24 months of the date of this
agreement. If the Publishers fail to publish the translation into the Farsi language within the said
period of time the rights herein granted to the Publishers shall revert to the Proprietors absolutely and
this Agreement will be considered null and void except that the Proprietors shall be empowered to
retain payment as made by the Publishers and such termination shall be without prejudice to the rights
of the Proprietors against the Publishers hereunder.
