2010/ 11 grades

Post by Anthony.Ibbitson » Fri Jul 22, 2011 3:27 pm

I heard that the 2010/ 11 grades are due out tomorrow, is there any truth in this?

Yes, hopefully this weekend they'll appear - they are usually published in time for the start of the British Championships.

The usual publication target date is "by the start of the British" which starts this Sunday/Monday. So I'd imagine the rumour may well be true. Those involved in the process have commented that a private release has already taken place, with the objective of checking for problems before the general public release. On past form, the grades will still be marked as provisional with a few minor corrections possible at the end of August.

I doubt mine will be much higher than it is now. I'm only expecting a 6 point increase :(

Carl, I think your hints need to be a bit more slapstick.

More importantly (to me, at least!), will the new grading list have the new enhancements; i.e. all the games that the players have played?
