tornelo.com

I note that this website has data which duplicates that of the ECF grading website. For example http://global.tornelo.com/groups/bourne-end gives similar data to
http://www.ecfgrading.org.uk/?club=Bour ... rt=spgrade

So the questions are:-

Has the ECF given permission to tornelo (an Australian organisation, I believe), to use and publish its data and,
if so, why?

Isn't there some sort of dispute between Tornelo and the Australian Chess Federation over rating of events.

I think that the Australians like their grading data supplied in SwissPerfect format!

Why should anyone care what Tornelo do with the grading download?

I don't.
