Historical grades

The ECF website now includes grades for currently graded players going back into the 1990's. Would it be possible to include these historical grades for players who have now dropped off the list?

I suppose it is possible if that amount of data is retained, perhaps either on a separate site or if I was able to clearly indicate who was active and who was not, needs Richard or Howard to answer that one to be honest

At the moment it's all keyed off the active list...

I am not keen on doing any more work at the moment - depends on the call for it?

The historic data is sitting in the central database. If Carl is prepare to do the work required to denote the 'historical' players then this could be done fairly readily.

It can be useful as many "new" players are actually inactive players returning to the game.

As promised this option will now be included in this years release

I agree with Paul and Sean. Occasional players do feature in some of the leagues I play in. So it will be useful to have historical details - thanks to Carl for doing the work.
