I am sorry to inform you that Frank Hamilton Taylor has died after a long illness.
Frank was one of Southbourne Chess Club's loyal and popular members for the past 40 years. He played for a number of Southbourne's teams in the Dorset League, even at very short notice.
Frank also helped run the Dorset Rapidplay when it was held at Southbourne Chess Club back in the 1990s.
He also played for Ringwood Chess Club.
