Has this event been rated by the ECF or FIDE?
The only problem with a generous increment is that sometimes, but not often, there is a delay to the start of the next round.

The Open winner was Peter Lalic with 5/5. The event hasn't appeared yet in either his ECF rating or his FIDE one.
