3 day, six round Congress. Three sections: Open, Major and Minor.
The Open and Major are FIDE rated.
The Minor is ECF rated only and is restricted to players under ECF 1600 and to ungraded players who do not have a FIDE rating.
The Major is under 1940 FIDE.
Venue: University of Westminster, Harrow Campus, Northwick Park, Harrow, London.

The Open and Major/Minor have different move rates. The Open is all in 120 minutes and the Major/Minor all in 90, both with 30 second increments.
Morning rounds start at the same time 9.45 am, whilst the afternoon round is an hour later for the Open (2.30/3.30).

Unusually the default time is 20 minutes.
