Mind Sports come to Bristol in May! There will be chess, Scrabble and Magic the Gathering and much more over the weekend of 10-11 May 2014, organised by Mind Sports International - http://www.mindsportsacademy.com/

WHAT ABOUT THE CHESS?

Saturday 10th May: One section rapid chess, SIX ROUNDS, 1st £100, £300 in total guaranteed prizes

Sunday 11th May: A rapid event in three sections, SIX ROUNDS, £500 in guaranteed prizes, 1st place - £80.00 / £50.00 / £30.00, 4th place (Open only) - £20

The overall winner for the Sunday Open Section will also be awarded a £250 appearance fee upon attendance at the Mind Sports International Chess World Championship. The winner of each section gets a free entry worth £150 to the MSI World Championship.
