The ECF calendar has a downloadable entry form at

The website at http://www.thanetchess.org.uk/ doesn't seem to have been updated since last December.
Is the Congress going ahead as normal?

yes, the Congress is going ahead as normal.

We had some local difficulties and some key members of the team have had a very difficult time since January, but things are now getting back on track.
Use the website, click on the tab 'Congress' at the top of the page, and then there are buttons down the Right Hand Side of the page to choose from.
