A Report from the ESPCA National Finals that took place yesterday can be found here.

It's good to see that girls chess seems to be in good hands!

Thanks for pointing out that report. I was there too, on the recording desk, and was delighted to see how smoothly everything went. Nottinghamshire's John Crawley seems to have the knack of organising these things.

Just one small point: whereas the report says:
