Northumbria JCA Event

Saturday, 19th October was the first Northumbria JCA tournament of the term.
Held at Newcastle Preparatory School the competition attracted a satisfactory 74 entrants.

Champions at the various age-groups were as follows :
U-18 - James Moreby (RGS Newcastle)
Girls champion - Darina Andriychenko (RGS Newcastle)
U-15 - Hanif Zaman (Heaton Manor)
U-13 - Arif Alam (RGS Newcastle)
U-11 - John Wall (Forest Hall)
Girls champion - Lucy Thompson (Newcastle Prep)
U-9 - Jamie McIntosh (RGS Newcastle)
Girls championship shared by Sofia Kisseljof (Forest Hall) and Katie Thompson (NPS)
