A shake up of the U19 National Schools (Times/Sunday Times in days gone by) is announced by Neil Cooper at the official ECF Forum.

Apart from adopting the "central venue" format for a first round qualification tournament, the noteworthy change is the long overdue abandonment of the age handicap.
