It seemed a pretty harmless exchange between a handful of posters.

The last post I recall was a request from a Forum Moderator for a named contact in the organisation. Perhaps, they couldn't or wouldn't oblige.

That Forum, like this one, supposedly has a real names policy.

So I objected to their being allowed to post anonymously.

The moderator agreed with me and asked the organisation to provide a contact name.

As you say, it looks as though they refused.

I don't think that either the ECF or this Forum should be promoting people who won't say who they are.

Adverts for the Guildford Chess Academy have landed in a few Facebook Groups from Tanya Amos. Possibly this is the anonymous person referred to by Mike Gunn.
