From Thursday 19th November 2015 Liverpool Chess Club is providing chess sessions for juniors and teenagers from the age of 10 and over. The club will take place every Thursday evening from 6pm until 7.30pm in the Paul Simon Function suite above the Cross Keys Public house on Earle Street in Liverpool City centre

(Coaching will be provided by active members of Liverpool Chess club who have been DBS/CRB checked)
Members will receive individual and group coaching sessions around all aspects of the game and will take part in ladder style competitions to allow players of all standards to compete with players of a similar standard to themselves but also challenge players of a higher standard to help develop their game
Liverpool chess club will also be looking to start a Liverpool Chess Club Junior team in time for 2016/2017 season who will compete in the Merseyside Chess Association league competitions
