Yes, so a large organisation may only register a single visitor

It is IP, user agent and access day equals one visitor

On the other hand, many ISPs operate a block system of IP addresses for home users, so if you disconnect and reconnect between sessions the IP address probably changes.

Thanks Carl, even allowing for dynamic IP addresses (as Roger points out), the stats are very impressive.

It's certainly possible to increment the "views" counter by clicking on a topic, But the "views" count is consistently lower than the IP count. There again, not every topic is of interest to a wider audience.
