Morning all

I have now saved £10 on Kohn Lewis and £1 twice on costa coffee. I could have saved more. One member contacted me and was overjoyed to have saved £40 on a computer on top of the discounts already at the store

Re: Future of EPSCA Schools Competition

Hi Paul I became aware of the as well. I have to say I am quite shocked how this came about. There are many of us including yourself who would no doub...

Re: Direct Members’ Representatives election

Hi All You are correct. You did not receive an email regarding the recent finance meeting that i attended. This was purely my fault. I put the email together and accidentally left it in my drafts email. By the time I had found out it was to late. No doubt you wont believe this. The reason for this i...

Re: Direct Members’ Representatives election

In response to Nicks reply In my experience that generally means that no explanation exists. Actually I have attended every agm or finance meeting since being in the post regardless of being in london Birmingham or zoom and not only that, have made numerous positive contributions at these meetings a...

Re: Direct Members’ Representatives election

Thanks for the be negative feedback Angus. Totally not the full story. However I won’t waste my time on this forum to explain why. Perhaps instead of being negative about everything ECF you should perhaps try putting forwards some sensible suggestions as bronze rep as I have done as gold, Which are ...

Re: Is rating deflation a thing?

I read an interesting book called talent is overrated a while ago. In that book there was a section about age. It basically said as long as you are doing your deliberate practice that you can maintain your strength regardless of age. So my expectation of Keiths playing strength as someone who plays ...

Re: Development Officer appointment

I think the overriding comment is that any issue surrounding appointments should be directed at the ECF rather than the person appointed. It seems to me that a few appointments recently have courted controversy. I think as a result of this going forward the ECF need to tighten up its recruitment rul...
