Based on your experience what would you expect to see as evidence from an innocent party supplied at an appeals panel?

In light of this thread can someone please explain to me how, exactly, someone accused falsely of cheating would prove their innocence?

What evidence would it be possible for a person to submit to (successfully) counter the accusation?

Just gone to log in for a quick game/two and noticed the announcement that ChessCube has shut it's doors.

Roger - quite frankly pro- or anti-adjudication I'd be very worried if any game played under ECF rules was not adjudicated through the ECF, irrespective of the strength/ability of the adjudicator.

As Roger says, change at league level is difficult. Not just is there the problem of 'senior people' being pro a/a but also people who want quick finishes often won't attend meetings.
