I saw that this has come through today, which probably suggests that chess might only be an activity in Tier 1 under the Rule of 6. So at the moment that’s just Cornwall really. as we are FIDE rated I had no choice If that's correct, it's because you chose not to have a choice - see the last sentence of Law 11.3.2.2. I would class it as 8 to 10 groups of 2 as one match per table all tables 3 mts apart and even both players are more than 2mts apart not touching any pieces that the other player has touched

Well if reported and the police take action, £200 fines for attendees for a first offence. You can be fined £10000 if you organise and more than 30 people attend. We Have around 18 to 20 attending every week risk assessment on our website everybody washes hands when entering the building wear masks...

yes went well again on Monday Simon only 12 players this time . i didnt see many of the games as I was playing in 1 of them an exciting Draw where i gave up a queen for a rook and 2 pawns also giving me 2 connected passed pawn but i just couldn't push one of them home . I am only guessing but any online chat would be visible to all and on lichess would remain visible to anyone going back to view the game . . both captains and the arbiter was trying to contact them via online chat yesterday
