The congress website has been updated and all sections are now FIDE-rated.

At the Tunbridge Wells Congress the Pyson organiser mentioned that a Thanet Congress is being planned but it is expected to be in the Autumn and in Thanet. There were no further details.

A partial schedule has been posted at https://www.britishchesschampionships.co.uk/. The weekend congress takes place in the second weekend and clashes with the Seniors.

Our Saturday timetable is twelve hours, from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. including breaks between rounds, so our time controls are 95 minutes + 10 seconds increment. You’re right, I missed that - so the 9.3 results are incorrect (with 3 extra votes counted) as well as 9.2 (with 18 extra votes counted) and also 9.1 (where Chair of Council voted 2 for and 1 against).

Apparently the NCCU proposal garnered lots of votes from Gold members but nothing in the Silver and Bronze categories.
