Re: Update on Project?

My 54 year old Rabone Chesterman slide rule is in the garage. You can have it anytime as long as you promise to let me have it back. Cost my dad a lot of money.

Re: Why will might have a new board 1 for the olympiad team.

So he's only got to overcome the two most difficult problems confronting any chess player, 1, The person he is playing. 2, The negative know it all garbage coming from critics that cannot themselves do the things their target is doing. Ben Purdon is totally right here. David is a real credit to Engl...

Re: Update on Project?

I have now received a reply from the CEO regarding my offer of the 5th inst. The total contents are of course confidential. Having said that the outline I feel free to write about is in part is a suggestion that the challenge is now the delivery of 100,000 ( one hundred thousand ) chess sets and I a...

Re: Update on Project?

Breaker One Nine Breaker One Nine No No No, Cocoa The Clown, negatory on Coco the Clown, he's dead as well though. Mind you everybody admits that. Very funy act. HIS comedy was intentional. Badges for Schools, brilliant idea, lets call it BS for short. I will sponsor that right now. Will a Co-oP che...

Question, Could these badges have a picture of Cocoa The Clown on them? Cocoa the Clown, the graphic vagrant clown who wanders thr...

Re: Update on Project?

You need a strong belief in Reincarnation for this one. I wrote to the CEO of the ECF on the 14th of this month and offered free of charge to deliver the 500 chess sets already made. ( cough ) ( another cough ) I never got a reply. Eleven days later my offer withdrawn. I offered in the past free wha...

Re: ECF Junior Public Relations Officer

I called the office yesterday and mentioned that my name was still on the officers list. I was assured it would be removed straight away.
The staff at the office have always been very prompt and thorough with anything I have been involved with or asked them to do.
