Chess very good for your health. I can remember Jack dancing around the room and still beating me at Western Super Mare in the 1990's

Not sure you are correct with your comments. I've played many times over the last 30 years and from memory it was two games on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and one game on the Monday. 4 days tournament not five
