I can't comment on the FIDE event, but one additional aspect of the Kos event worth noting is the fabulous hotel where it is held. Lovely spacious rooms, mouth-watering and wide-ranging menus available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and efficient liaison with local tour companies to arrange trips ...

London based players may like to note that the morning rounds start at 10.00, the venue is close to the station and the rail journey from London Bridge takes just under 50 minutes.

Well done for organising this tournament. Will the grade limited sections require all competitors to be below the specified grade or will the limit apply to the average team grade?
