of course, FIDE don't rate all the games They would if they were submitted for rating! No charge. I am confused by the title of this thread. A gentle soul. He much preferred to be called Raymond. I remember the sad story of his retirement after many years from Rolls Royce. His colleagues fashioned a special clock from the metal used to make the engines but inscribed it “Happy retirement Ray”. :(
