Council might think that DoHC is too big a remit for 1 person to do properly, and either reallocate part of the job to others, or require more managers appointed for specific tasks It's not really the point of this thread, but the DoJC Directorship is much, much bigger. I suspect (without looking it up) that the majority of adults have children, but not all adults with children understand other people's children (or even their own) Well, I certainly don't understand other people's children, and my daughter would happily tell you I don't understand her either :lol:...
