This book covers both. I've only ever leafed through it so I can't say whether it's any good, but it might be a decent starting point.

Re: The Mammoth Book of the World's Greatest Chess Games

Hi Eamonn. Having the book for three years is not the same thing. Have you opened it yet, have you read it, or are you like me and I guess 99% of the other lads on here. A house full of chess books and only a very very few actually read. Hi Niall I acually have gone through most of this book. No pr...

I've had the edition you're talking about for almost three years and haven't had any problems with pages falling out.

Re: Grading timetable

Would someone mind sending me a PM with the appropriate email address for grading corrections? I assume it's Richard Haddrell, and I did try to look it up on ECF website, but the link activates a mail account on my mac which I haven't set up. So I can't get the address from there. Thanks in advance.

Re: Barbaric Genius

I'm confused about John Healy's chess strength. In the link provided above Andrew Martin estimates his grade at about 130-150 ECF. Yet a blurb for Barbaric Genius I read online states: 'Healy at the age of thirty became a master of chess, winning 10 international tournaments.' I assume the latter is...
