Re: Sealed move during threefold repetition sequence

Roger de Coverly » Thu Oct 26, 2017 9:40 pm You are at move 40, the time control was at move 35. The clock says you have ten minutes left. Or is it really twenty five? The display that flips between hours and minutes and minutes and seconds can also be confusing. The clock says 0:21. Is that 21 min...

Re: Resignation

I stand corrected, thank you Alex, a transfer from your own budget.

It's been a long time since I last saw the ECF's figures.

Re: FIDE Offer to Federations to purchase clocks at a highy reduced rate

At less than half the best price that UK Suppliers can purchase at in volume, it's going to be interesting how much the UK suppliers deal with DGT products in future not knowing which of their products will next be on offer. Most of the clocks sold in the UK are to individuals & schools, so they won...

Certainly true although the reason I heard was that was no one available to operate them.

We both knocked pieces over while going to press the clocks; probably out of about 10 games we knocked pieces over 12-15 times each. We concluded this was probably due to the button being...
