Are chess.com's servers always restarted on Friday a.m. ?

For the second week in a row chess.com's servers were restarted at 11 o'clock today (Friday) which is obviously some time during the night in the USA (I am assuming that it's an American site). I was able to fit in a 10 minute game today, which was a bit too quick, but I sort of ignored the warning ...
