It's reasonably normal practice these days in public sector procurements to get a feedback report showing what you scored for each section and how your score comapred to the winning bidder. It's not always pleasant reading to find that you scored 50% less than a competitor - but it helps improve fut...

Guildford still unbeaten in any individual game so far this season, by the way. Last year they lost only game, against their second team. Of course they only play North East next weekend ... that might damage their game points tally, but actually it wont because we'll end-up in different pools ...

I thought that byelaw was to protect people from being gazumped by a late submission of an address? I'm not sure there's an issue with a candidate voluntarily 'going first' - I suppose there might be some first mover advantage - but it's probably not GTO correctto do so.

Normally in the UAE prizes are NOT split - so bucholz cut1 (or2) determines first and all of the money. If you know you have a good tiebreak draws can make sense
