Re: Chess Player Strip Searched

T It would then help with plausability rather a lot if you could dream an even semi plausible method for cheating that would have a chance of working at this sort of time limit. Magic glasses with some form of head up display would help with the move notification. How the engine finds out the board...

Alex H >I know of no relationships between brothers where playing one-another results in an international diplomatic incident, or the player being treated as a criminal.< You're lucky. Re: The value of the ECF Calendar

Perhaps in previous years they paid game fee (I don't know) though I don't think Jersey has been run for a number of years. Hi Sean, Is tha...

It's my sad duty to report that Mark Sanderson, of the Edinburgh Chess Club, was killed in a traffic accident just outside Peebles on Monday. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-south-scotland-19162460 As well as being an a...

Re: An Open Letter to CJ De Mooi

I was going to ask if we knew for certain that it was the ECF that were involved and not the Welsh as well as it was GB in the minutes but I got an apology this morning from FIDE for using GB when Chess Scotland were not involved.

They did confirm to me it was the ECF.
